Dr. Eric Liao, Director of the Center for Craniofacial Innovation, was recognized by his peers at the 2024 American Association of Plastic Surgeons (AAPS) Annual Meeting in Boston, MA and received the AAPS Basic Science Achievement Award. As a surgeon-scientist, Dr. Liao has pioneered research in developmental biology, genetics, and plastic surgery science.
